AS ONE aims to contribute to the development of science and technology by proactively supporting the creation of environments that enables all employees and their families to work towards maintaining and improving their mental and physical health.
In order to deliberate and review matters concerning the occupational safety and health of our employees, AS ONE holds a meeting of the Health and Safety Committee once every month.
Under the supervision of the supervising manager, the Health and Safety Committee consists of the safety manager, health manager, employee representatives, and an outside industrial physician.
As a specific matter of the above, we are working to improve the work environment at regular monthly meetings, including the status of occupational accidents, health checkups, 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke), stress level check tests, and other matters.
For employees who feel anxious about their physical and mental health, we have established various counseling services to help them maintain and improve their health through interviews with specialists or counseling over the phone.
